Licensed Plumbers

Pay Scale

Our licensed plumbers make between $35 and $50 per hour with the potential for more. This is an hourly wage, not commissioned based pay. We base our pay scale on experience, licenses and certificates held, quality of workmanship, attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to company profitability.

Hours

Our plumbers average a 42 hour work week unless they want more hours. We do our best to keep your evenings and weekends yours! We don’t schedule evening or weekend calls and we are not a 24/7 emergency service provider.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Vacations

Our plumbers receive 2 weeks paid vacation per year. This time is accrued monthly and can be taken any time throughout the year with advanced notice

Sick Time

We offer 5 paid sick days per year. Sick days are accrued monthly and can be used as needed

Paid Holidays

All major holidays are considered PTO. Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving are all days we want you to enjoy with family and friends and not have to worry about a small check that week.

Insurance

These days health care is a huge challenge for small businesses. We offer paid health and dental insurance. Right now we pay up to $400 per month per employee.

Company Trucks and Tools

We provide company trucks and company tools. This includes power tools and hand tools right down to tape measures and pencils. If you like to use your own tools you are certainly welcome to but we supply everything you will need

Helpers

You will have an apprentice/helper on most days. We typically send out a plumber and an apprentice/helper in each truck. That extra set of hands comes in very handy!
